Jonathan “Mark” Stinson 52, passed away peacefully in his home in Greencastle, IN on Thursday June 6th 2019. He was born on April 16th 1967 to Charles & Shirley (Farley) Stinson in Indianapolis, IN.
Mark attended Decatur Central High School. He worked construction all his life until falling ill to cancer in 2015. Mark loved spending his time outdoors, camping, fishing, canoeing and walking trails. He also enjoyed reading a good book from time to time.
Mark is survived by life long partner Sheila Wandling. Children Ashley, Ronnie & Tara. Mother Shirley Stinson and Brother Danny Stinson. Mark had 9 Grandchildren; Jerimiah, Joel, James, Julia, Isabel, Casey, Camaron, Easton & Gabby. Family and Friends are invited to Pleasant Heights Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN to reminisce, grieve, support each other and just chat.
Services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Pleasant Heights Baptist Church 5625 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. till time of service.
